Kirk breaks his personal record at the Manchester 10K Run

Kirk has just got back home from the Manchester 10K Run and is happy to announce that I completed the course in 43m41Secs which is the fastest time I have ever done, Whoop Whoop… Out of nearly 36 Thousand runners I came 1263rd…

Once again I’ll be competing in the Manchester 10K run on Sunday 16th May 2010, last year I managed to raise £500.00 which my company, BUPA,match funded to £1000.00 and I completed the 10k (6.2 Mile) course in 45:22, this year I want to raise double that amount so I’ve set up a Just Giving account where you can sponsor me online and all proceeds will go to the Marie Curie Cancer Care, please follow the link below for more information…
